Ingredients

  • 4 pcs Potatoes peeled and thinly sliced
  • 1 pcs Onion finely chopped
  • 6 pcs Eggs
  • ½ cup Olive Oil
  • to taste Salt

Instructions 

  1. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the potatoes and onions, cook until soft.
  3. Beat the eggs in a bowl, add salt to taste.
  4. Pour the eggs over the potatoes and onions in the pan.
  5. Cook on low heat until the eggs are set.
  6. Flip the tortilla using a plate and cook the other side.
  7. Serve warm or at room temperature.
