Tortilla Espanola Recipe
A classic Spanish dish made with potatoes and eggs.

Main Ingredients
- 4 pcs Potatoes peeled and thinly sliced
- 1 pcs Onion finely chopped
- 6 pcs Eggs
- ½ cup Olive Oil
- to taste Salt
Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
Add the potatoes and onions, cook until soft.
Beat the eggs in a bowl, add salt to taste.
Pour the eggs over the potatoes and onions in the pan.
Cook on low heat until the eggs are set.
Flip the tortilla using a plate and cook the other side.
Serve warm or at room temperature.
