Ingredients

  • 4 cups Tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 teaspoon Basil, dried
  • 1 teaspoon Oregano, dried
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 piece Pie crust, pre-baked

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Layer the tomato slices in the pre-baked pie crust.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread the cheese mixture over the tomatoes.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  6. Let the pie cool for a few minutes before serving.
