  • 1 head iceberg lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup frozen peas, thawed
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1 cup chopped green bell pepper
  • 1 cup chopped red onion
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 cup crumbled bacon

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large bowl, layer the chopped lettuce, peas, celery, green bell pepper, and red onion.
  2. 2. Spread the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the vegetables.
  3. 3. In a separate bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sour cream, and sugar. Spread this dressing over the cheese layer.
  4. 4. Top with crumbled bacon.
  5. 5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
