Seven Layer Salad Recipe

Salad Ingredients
- 1 head iceberg lettuce, chopped
- 1 cup frozen peas, thawed
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 1 cup chopped red onion
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 1 cup crumbled bacon
- 1. In a large bowl, layer the chopped lettuce, peas, celery, green bell pepper, and red onion. 
- 2. Spread the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the vegetables. 
- 3. In a separate bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sour cream, and sugar. Spread this dressing over the cheese layer. 
- 4. Top with crumbled bacon. 
- 5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
