- 1 cup steel cut oats
- 3 cups water
- 1 cup plant-based milk such as almond or oat milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 pinch salt
1. Add steel cut oats, water, plant-based milk, vanilla extract, and salt to the Instant Pot.
2. Secure the lid and set the valve to sealing. Cook on high pressure for 4 minutes.
3. Allow the pressure to release naturally for 20 minutes, then quick release any remaining pressure.
4. Stir the oats and serve with your favorite toppings.
