  • 4 cups Milk whole or 2%
  • 2 tablespoon Plain yogurt with live cultures

Instructions 

  1. Heat the milk in a saucepan until it reaches 180°F, then let it cool to 110°F.
  2. Whisk in the plain yogurt until well combined.
  3. Pour the mixture into a jar and cover it. Let it sit in a warm place for 6-8 hours.
  4. Refrigerate the yogurt for at least 2 hours before serving.
