Main Ingredients
- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 large Egg
- 0.5 cup Water as needed
- 0.5 cup Cornstarch for dusting
In a mixing bowl, combine the flour and salt.
Add the egg and mix well.
Gradually add water and knead until a smooth dough forms.
Cover the dough and let it rest for 30 minutes.
Roll out the dough on a floured surface until thin.
Cut into squares or circles as desired.
Dust with cornstarch to prevent sticking.
