Main Ingredients
- 1 can Chickpeas drained and rinsed
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 0.5 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 0.5 teaspoon Salt
- 8 pieces Taco shells
- 1 cup Shredded lettuce
- 1 cup Diced tomatoes
- 0.5 cup Shredded cheese
- 0.25 cup Sour cream
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add the chickpeas, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, and salt. Cook for 5-7 minutes until chickpeas are slightly crispy.
Warm the taco shells according to package instructions.
Fill each taco shell with chickpeas, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, and a dollop of sour cream.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
