- 1 can Chickpeas drained and rinsed
- 1 tablespoon Mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
- 1 stalk Celery chopped
- 2 tablespoon Red Onion finely chopped
- to taste Salt and Pepper
In a bowl, mash the chickpeas with a fork.
Add the mayonnaise, lemon juice, and Dijon mustard. Mix well.
Stir in the chopped celery and red onion.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
