Waffle Batter
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 teaspoon baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup non-dairy milk
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preheat your waffle iron.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
In another bowl, mix the non-dairy milk and apple cider vinegar. Let it sit for a few minutes to curdle.
Add the vegetable oil and vanilla extract to the milk mixture.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
Pour the batter into the preheated waffle iron and cook according to the manufacturer's instructions.
Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
