Ingredients

  • 1 cup Coconut Yogurt unsweetened
  • 1 medium Cucumber grated and drained
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon Dill chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine the coconut yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, chopped dill, salt, and black pepper.
  2. 2. Whisk everything together until well combined.
  3. 3. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
  4. 4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
