Ingredients

  • 1 block Extra-firm tofu pressed and crumbled
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 packet Taco seasoning
  • 8 pieces Taco shells
  • 1 cup Shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup Diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup Vegan cheese

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the crumbled tofu and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. 3. Stir in the taco seasoning and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  4. 4. Warm the taco shells according to package instructions.
  5. 5. Fill each taco shell with the tofu mixture, then top with lettuce, tomatoes, and vegan cheese.
