  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 whole grain English muffins toasted
  • 1 avocado sliced
  • 1 tomato sliced
  • Handful of spinach leaves

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add crumbled tofu, turmeric, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Toast English muffins.
