Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 block Firm tofu drained and crumbled
  • 1 tablespoon Nutritional yeast
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black salt (Kala Namak)
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the crumbled tofu to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  3. 3. Add the nutritional yeast, turmeric, garlic powder, onion powder, black salt, and black pepper. Stir well to combine.
  4. 4. Cook for another 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the tofu is heated through and slightly crispy.
  5. 5. Serve hot and enjoy!
