Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 block Tofu firm, drained and cubed
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 cup Broccoli cut into florets
  • 1 cup Bell Peppers sliced
  • 1 cup Carrots julienned
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger minced

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Add tofu and cook until golden brown, about 5 minutes.
  4. Add broccoli, bell peppers, and carrots. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes.
  5. Add soy sauce and stir well. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  6. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
