Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Long grain rice
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 medium Onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Tomato sauce
  • 2 cups Vegetable broth
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 cup Frozen peas

Instructions 

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped onion and cook until translucent, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute.
  4. Add the rice and cook, stirring frequently, until the rice is lightly toasted, about 3-4 minutes.
  5. Stir in the tomato sauce, vegetable broth, salt, and paprika. Bring to a boil.
  6. Reduce the heat to low, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes.
  7. Stir in the frozen peas and cook for an additional 5 minutes, or until the peas are heated through and the rice is tender.
  8. Fluff the rice with a fork and serve hot.
