Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Green Beans trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • 1 Red Onion thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add green beans and cook for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine green beans, cherry tomatoes, and red onion.
  3. 3. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
  4. 4. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to coat. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for an hour before serving.
