Main Ingredients
- 1 large Spaghetti Squash
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 cup Marinara Sauce
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Cut the spaghetti squash in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds.
Brush the inside of the squash with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Place the squash halves cut-side down on a baking sheet and roast for 40-45 minutes, until tender.
Let the squash cool for a few minutes, then use a fork to scrape out the strands of squash.
Serve with marinara sauce on top.
