Ingredients

  • 400 g Spaghetti
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 4 Garlic Cloves minced
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 800 g Canned Tomatoes crushed
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Basil
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a large saucepan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and chopped onion, and sauté until the onion is translucent.
  3. 3. Add the crushed tomatoes, salt, black pepper, dried basil, and dried oregano. Stir well and let it simmer for 20 minutes.
  4. 4. Combine the cooked spaghetti with the sauce. Toss well to coat the spaghetti with the sauce.
  5. 5. Serve hot and enjoy your vegan spaghetti!
