Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Bell Pepper, chopped
  • 2 cans Diced Tomatoes (14.5 oz each)
  • 1 can Tomato Sauce (15 oz)
  • 1 can Black Beans, drained and rinsed (15 oz)
  • 1 can Kidney Beans, drained and rinsed (15 oz)
  • 1 cup Corn Kernels
  • 2 tablespoon Chili Powder
  • 1 tablespoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Add all ingredients to the slow cooker.
  2. 2. Stir to combine.
  3. 3. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 4 hours.
  4. 4. Serve hot with your favorite toppings.
