Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Lentils cooked
  • 1 cup Tomato Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 medium Onion diced
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Maple Syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 4 whole Burger Buns

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add diced onion and cook until translucent, about 5 minutes.
  3. 3. Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
  4. 4. Stir in cooked lentils, tomato sauce, soy sauce, maple syrup, chili powder, smoked paprika, and cumin. Cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. 5. Serve the mixture on burger buns.
