- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup almond milk
- ½ cup pumpkin puree
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup optional

In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients.
