Ingredients

  • 8 oz macaroni uncooked
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • ¼ cup nutritional yeast
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a blender, combine pumpkin puree, almond milk, nutritional yeast, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Blend until smooth.
  3. 3. Pour the sauce into a saucepan and heat over medium heat until warm.
  4. 4. Add the cooked macaroni to the sauce and stir to combine. Cook for a few more minutes until everything is heated through.
