Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 12 oz Pasta any type
  • 1 cup Cashews soaked in water for 2 hours
  • 2 tablespoon White Miso Paste
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 tablespoon Nutritional Yeast
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1 cup Water
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a blender, combine soaked cashews, miso paste, lemon juice, nutritional yeast, minced garlic, and water. Blend until smooth.
  3. 3. Pour the sauce into a saucepan and heat over medium heat. Stir frequently until the sauce thickens, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. 4. Combine the cooked pasta with the sauce. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
