- 1 cup Rolled Oats
- 1 cup Almond Milk or any plant-based milk
- 2 tablespoon Chia Seeds
- 1 tablespoon Maple Syrup optional, for sweetness

1. In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, almond milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt.
