  • 2 cups Carrots, chopped
  • 2 cups Broccoli florets
  • 2 cups Bell peppers, chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions
