Main Ingredients
- 1 cup raw cashews soaked in water for at least 2 hours
- 1 cup water
- ¼ cup nutritional yeast
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
Drain and rinse the soaked cashews.
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour the mixture into a saucepan and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened.
Serve warm with tortilla chips or over your favorite dishes.
