Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 loaf crusty bread, cubed
  • 2 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 cup diced onions
  • 1 cup diced celery
  • 3 cups sliced mushrooms
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried sage
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add onions, celery, and garlic. Sauté until softened.
  4. Add mushrooms, sage, and thyme. Cook until mushrooms are tender.
  5. In a large bowl, combine bread cubes and cooked vegetables.
  6. Pour vegetable broth over the mixture and toss to combine.
  7. Season with salt and pepper.
  8. Transfer to a baking dish and bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
