Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 large Onion finely chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 inch Ginger grated
  • 200 g Mushrooms sliced
  • 1 cup Tomato Puree
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 cup Coconut Milk
  • 2 tablespoon Cilantro chopped

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add finely chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
  3. Add minced garlic and grated ginger, cook for another 2 minutes.
  4. Add sliced mushrooms and cook until they release water and become tender.
  5. Stir in tomato puree and cook for 5 minutes.
  6. Add turmeric, coriander, cumin, and garam masala. Mix well.
  7. Pour in coconut milk, season with salt, and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
  8. Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve hot.
