  • 1 small Onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons All-purpose flour
  • 2 cups Vegetable broth
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Thyme
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped mushrooms, onion, and garlic. Sauté until softened.
  3. Stir in flour and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Gradually whisk in vegetable broth, soy sauce, thyme, and black pepper.
  5. Bring to a simmer and cook until thickened, about 10 minutes.
  6. Adjust seasoning to taste and serve warm.
