- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1 cup Chopped mushrooms
- 1 small Onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons All-purpose flour
- 2 cups Vegetable broth
- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon Thyme
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
Heat olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat.
Add chopped mushrooms, onion, and garlic. Sauté until softened.
Stir in flour and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Gradually whisk in vegetable broth, soy sauce, thyme, and black pepper.
Bring to a simmer and cook until thickened, about 10 minutes.
Adjust seasoning to taste and serve warm.
