  • ½ red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 1 jalapeño, finely chopped
  • ¼ cup cilantro, chopped
  • ¼ cup lime juice
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Instructions 

  1. In a large bowl, combine mushrooms, red onion, tomato, jalapeño, and cilantro.
  2. Pour lime juice over the mixture and toss to coat.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Let it sit for 10 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  5. Serve chilled.
