Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Lentils cooked and mashed
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1 cup Chopped Onions
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 2 tablespoon Tomato Paste
- 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Dried Thyme
- 1 teaspoon Dried Basil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
- ½ cup Ketchup for topping
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients except the ketchup. Mix well.
Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan and press it down firmly.
Spread the ketchup evenly on top of the loaf.
Bake for 60 minutes. Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing.
