Vegan Mashed Potatoes

Main Ingredients
- 2 lbs Potatoes peeled and chopped
- ½ cup Vegan Butter
- ½ cup Unsweetened Almond Milk or any plant-based milk
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper
- 1. Boil the potatoes in a pot of salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes. 
- 2. Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot. 
- 3. Add the vegan butter and almond milk. Mash until smooth. 
- 4. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve warm.
