  • 2 lbs Potatoes peeled and chopped
  • ½ cup Vegan Butter
  • ½ cup Unsweetened Almond Milk or any plant-based milk
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Boil the potatoes in a pot of salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes.
  2. 2. Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot.
  3. 3. Add the vegan butter and almond milk. Mash until smooth.
  4. 4. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve warm.
