Vegan Lobster Rolls
A delicious vegan alternative to traditional lobster rolls, made with hearts of palm.

Main Ingredients
- 2 cans Hearts of Palm drained and chopped
- ¼ cup Vegan Mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
- 4 Hot Dog Buns toasted
- 1 cup Lettuce shredded
In a mixing bowl, combine chopped hearts of palm, vegan mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and Old Bay seasoning. Mix well.
Heat a skillet over medium heat and lightly toast the hot dog buns.
Fill each toasted bun with shredded lettuce and the hearts of palm mixture.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
