Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cans Hearts of Palm drained and chopped
  • ¼ cup Vegan Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
  • 4 Hot Dog Buns toasted
  • 1 cup Lettuce shredded

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine chopped hearts of palm, vegan mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and Old Bay seasoning. Mix well.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat and lightly toast the hot dog buns.
  3. Fill each toasted bun with shredded lettuce and the hearts of palm mixture.
  4. Serve immediately and enjoy!
