Ingredients

  • 200 g Tortilla chips
  • 1 cup Black beans rinsed and drained
  • 1 cup Corn kernels fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup Vegan cheese shredded
  • 1 cup Salsa
  • 1 avocado Avocado diced
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 tablespoon Cilantro chopped
  • 1 lime Lime cut into wedges

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Spread the tortilla chips on a baking sheet.
  3. Top with black beans, corn, and vegan cheese.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
  5. Remove from oven and add salsa, avocado, cherry tomatoes, and cilantro.
  6. Serve with lime wedges.
