Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Cooked Quinoa
  • 1 cup Chopped Vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, cucumbers)
  • 1 cup Cooked Chickpeas
  • 1 head Lettuce separated into leaves
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger Powder

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add cooked quinoa, chickpeas, and chopped vegetables to the skillet. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes.
  3. 3. Add soy sauce, garlic powder, and ginger powder. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  4. 4. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
  5. 5. Spoon the mixture into lettuce leaves and serve immediately.
