Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g Pasta any type
  • 1 cup Lentils cooked
  • 2 cups Kale chopped
  • 1 Red Onion sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced red onion and cook until softened.
  3. 3. Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute.
  4. 4. Stir in the cooked lentils and chopped kale. Cook until the kale is wilted.
  5. 5. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet. Toss everything together and season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  6. 6. Serve hot and enjoy!
