Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked rice preferably day-old
  • 1 cup Kimchi chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Gochujang
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 cup Mixed vegetables carrots, peas, and corn
  • 2 stalks Green onions chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions 

  1. Heat the sesame oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
  3. Add the chopped kimchi and mixed vegetables. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Add the cooked rice, gochujang, and soy sauce. Mix well and cook for another 5 minutes.
  5. Stir in the chopped green onions and cook for another minute.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds.
