Main Ingredients
- 2 cups kale leaves stems removed
- 1 cup almond milk unsweetened
- 1 banana ripe
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup optional
Add kale, almond milk, banana, chia seeds, and maple syrup to a blender.
Blend until smooth.
Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
