Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups jicama, diced
  • 1 cup tomatoes, diced
  • 1 cup cucumber, diced
  • ½ cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • ¼ cup cilantro, chopped
  • 2 limes, juiced
  • 1 jalapeño, seeded and finely chopped
  • to taste salt

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced jicama, tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, avocado, and cilantro.
  2. 2. Add the lime juice and chopped jalapeño to the bowl. Mix well.
  3. 3. Season with salt to taste. Let it sit for about 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  4. 4. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
