Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g sweet potato noodles
  • 1 cup spinach blanched
  • 1 carrot julienned
  • 1 red bell pepper julienned
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds toasted

Instructions 

  1. Cook the sweet potato noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large frying pan, heat a bit of oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and onion, and cook until fragrant.
  3. Add the carrot, red bell pepper, and spinach. Stir-fry until the vegetables are tender.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked noodles, vegetables, soy sauce, sesame oil, and sugar. Mix well.
  5. Garnish with toasted sesame seeds before serving.
