Ingredients

  • 300 g Spinach washed and trimmed
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Rice Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds toasted

Instructions 

  1. 1. Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add the spinach and cook for 1-2 minutes until wilted. Drain and rinse with cold water. Squeeze out excess water.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, and rice vinegar.
  3. 3. Add the spinach to the bowl and toss to coat with the dressing.
  4. 4. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds before serving.
