Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 12 whole Jalapenos halved and seeded
  • 1 cup Vegan Cream Cheese
  • ½ cup Vegan Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 cup Panko Breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine vegan cream cheese, vegan cheddar cheese, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Fill each jalapeno half with the cheese mixture.
  4. In another bowl, mix panko breadcrumbs with olive oil.
  5. Press each filled jalapeno into the breadcrumb mixture to coat the top.
  6. Place the jalapenos on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes or until golden and crispy.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving.
