Vegan Jalapeno Poppers

Main Ingredients
- 12 whole Jalapenos halved and seeded
- 1 cup Vegan Cream Cheese
- ½ cup Vegan Cheddar Cheese shredded
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1 cup Panko Breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). 
- In a mixing bowl, combine vegan cream cheese, vegan cheddar cheese, garlic powder, and onion powder. 
- Fill each jalapeno half with the cheese mixture. 
- In another bowl, mix panko breadcrumbs with olive oil. 
- Press each filled jalapeno into the breadcrumb mixture to coat the top. 
- Place the jalapenos on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes or until golden and crispy. 
- Let cool slightly before serving.
