Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 cups Vegetable Broth
  • 1 cup Shiitake Mushrooms sliced
  • 1 cup Firm Tofu cubed
  • 1 cup Bamboo Shoots sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Rice Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Chili Paste
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger minced
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Green Onions chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a pot, bring the vegetable broth to a boil.
  2. 2. Add the mushrooms, tofu, bamboo shoots, soy sauce, rice vinegar, chili paste, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and black pepper. Stir well.
  3. 3. Reduce heat and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. 4. Add the cornstarch mixture and stir until the soup thickens.
  5. 5. Garnish with green onions before serving.
