- 500 g Green Beans trimmed
- 250 g Cherry Tomatoes halved
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
- ¼ cup Fresh Basil chopped
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine green beans, cherry tomatoes, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat.
Spread the mixture evenly on a sheet pan.
Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until the green beans are tender and slightly charred.
Remove from oven and sprinkle with fresh basil before serving.
