  • 500 g Green Beans trimmed
  • 250 g Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • ¼ cup Fresh Basil chopped

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine green beans, cherry tomatoes, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly on a sheet pan.
  4. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until the green beans are tender and slightly charred.
  5. Remove from oven and sprinkle with fresh basil before serving.
