Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Rolled oats
  • 1 cup Nuts (almonds, walnuts, etc.) chopped
  • ½ cup Maple syrup
  • ¼ cup Coconut oil melted
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Dried fruit (raisins, cranberries, etc.)

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the oats and chopped nuts.
  3. In a small saucepan, warm the maple syrup and coconut oil until melted and combined. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract and salt.
  4. Pour the liquid mixture over the oats and nuts, stirring well to coat.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden brown.
  7. Remove from oven and let cool completely. Stir in dried fruit.
  8. Store in an airtight container.
