Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking dish with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats and chopped nuts.
In a small saucepan, heat maple syrup and peanut butter over low heat until melted and combined. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and salt.
Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and mix well to combine.
Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and press it down firmly.
Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool completely before cutting into bars.
