Vegan Garlicky Potatoes

- 6 medium Potatoes washed and cut into wedges
- 4 cloves Garlic minced
- 3 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Parsley chopped
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the potato wedges, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the potatoes are well coated.
Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
