  • 6 medium Potatoes washed and cut into wedges
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 3 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Parsley chopped

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the potato wedges, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the potatoes are well coated.
  3. Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.
  5. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
