Ingredients

  • 1 block Firm Tofu drained and pressed
  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cut the tofu into bite-sized cubes.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce and cornstarch. Add tofu and gently toss to coat.
  3. 3. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add tofu and fry until golden brown on all sides, about 10-15 minutes.
  4. 4. Remove tofu from pan and drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
