Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Raw Cashews soaked in water for at least 2 hours
  • 1 cup Water
  • 3 tablespoon Nutritional Yeast
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt or to taste
  • ½ teaspoon Turmeric for color

Instructions 

  1. 1. Drain and rinse the soaked cashews.
  2. 2. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
  3. 3. Pour the mixture into a saucepan and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened (about 5-7 minutes).
  4. 4. Serve warm over pasta, nachos, or as a dip.
