Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 Red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 Yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 Green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 Red onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 8 Tortillas
  • 1 cup Guacamole for serving
  • 1 cup Salsa for serving

Instructions 

  1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the bell peppers and onion, and cook until softened, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add the garlic, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  4. Warm the tortillas in a separate pan or microwave.
  5. Serve the fajita mixture in the warm tortillas with guacamole and salsa on the side.
